- Our team ensures that all fabric and materials are rigorously inspected by the supplier before delivery and that an inspection report is included.
- Our quality control team performs comprehensive inspections and tests on the fabric prior to cutting to ensure its quality. Inspection reports are kept on file for six months.
- We have a process in place to control shrinkage of fabrics and yarns, adjusting production patterns as necessary.
- We also ensure that all trims, accessories, labels, and hangtags are inspected before they are used in production.
