PULL FORCE TEST OF BUTTONS AND OTHER TRIMS
The Pull Force Test of Buttons and Trims is a critical aspect of quality control for children's clothing. To ensure the safety and durability of fasteners and trim, Senseng uses the SAFQ Pull Force Test Instrument to test snaps, buttons, and other attachments. The process includes calibration of the instrument, conducting pull tests on garments, maintaining accurate records, and proper storage of tested garments. This helps to ensure that our products meet the highest standards for safety and quality.
PREVENTING NEEDLE AND SHARP OBJECT HAZARDS:
- Scissors and other sharp tools are securely fastened to workstations using a chain and are counted and documented daily.
- The packing area is designated as a metal-free zone with a needle detector installed at its entrance.
- Stringent measures are in place to control and dispose of used and broken needles within workshops.
