What is your Minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on fabric quality and garment consumption.To be decided with independant style.
What is your strike off, labdip and handloom leadtime?
Labdip in solid color, 3 days making, considering parcel time, it would take about 7-10 days to reach you.
Strike off and handloom, 5 days making, considering parcel time, it would take about 10-12 days to reach you.
What is your lead time for fit sample?
Varying on styles. Basic style about 5 days, fashion styles about 7 days, jackets about 12 days, you will have to consider the parcel time.
How long it make take to finsih my order production?
Average 25 - 30 days for production, to be further discussed in detailed inquiry.
What is your quality inspeciton standard?
Taking AQL 2.5 standard, unless otherwise required.
Do I have to send you a tech pack?
Tech pack is prefered.
But you don't have to have the tech-pack before get started. You can provide the measurements of your fit model, or provide a similar sample, we can create it for your final approval.
Can I ask for a sample before ordering?
We can supply a ready sample free of charge. If the sample is specially made, sample charges at the very beginning will be paid, or to be rebated back when order is performed.
What ar the production cost?
Production costs vary upon many variables, eg. fabric weight, consumption per garment, quantity and garment construction. Each style we need to cost based on details and discuss with each other to meet with each other.
What is your production sevice package?
Our technical department will make initial sample based of samples, teck pack or manniquine, making patterns, fit and re-pattern, fabric soucing, strike off submitting, trim approval, cuting and sewing, packing, inspection and shipping.
What if we don't have our own designs
We can not use most of the ready artworks for you, unless you are authorized to use. Suggest you design your own design or have them liscensed.
Can we do rush orders?
Yes, we can. Rush orders need to be confirmed and approved withour delay, no more changes on patterns and artworks. Please be aware any change or mistake during approval may delay the shipment.
