INSPECTION
1. All orders undergo a rigorous Risk Assessment-based inspection and testing process
2. The inspections cover multiple aspects of the product, including:
- Pre-assembly checks for colors, prints, embroideries, interlinings, etc.
- Assembly inspections for fabric layers, cut panels, workmanship, appearance, and measurements.
- Finishing and pressing evaluations for workmanship, buttonholes, button and rivet positioning and fastening, pressing appearance, and measurements
3. The Quality Control team conducts three stages of inspections, with detailed reports kept for each step:
- Initial inpection
- Inline inspection
- Final inspection
